ADOPT recently received an update on one of Faye’s puppies, Atlas, from his forever family! We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!! ๐
I just wanted to give you an update on the puppy (Atlas) that we adopted back in October (he was one of Faye’s puppies). He is doing great (about 65 lbs now)! He is fully house trained, loves running and playing outside with other dogs, and went swimming last weekend for the first time! He is extremely social and loves every person and dog he meets. (He even has a cat friend that he plays with outside in our courtyard!) Here are some pictures of him!
ADOPT received an update on Jessie from her new home! We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!! ๐
I wanted to give you an update on Jessie. Several weeks ago she began having problems with her right hip. It basically was out of what little socket she had developed. We opted to have surgery to permanently repair this. An FHO procedure was performed on Jessie on April 11th. I’m happy to report Jessie came through with flying colors! She is a warrior girl! The first few days home were difficult though. We went for our post surgery check up yesterday and the doctor is very pleased with her progress. She can walk without assistance and this morning she went on her first off leash exploration. The next step in her recovery is physical therapy. On April 20th we are taking Jessie to Pawsitive Steps for some intense physical therapy. They do things such as under water treadmill walking, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, massage, and laser therapy treatments. Nothing but the best for our warrior! She’s put on some weight since being with us so she is now on a prescription kibble and has lost a few pounds already. Attached are recent pictures of Sassy Pants, one of the many names we call her.
ADOPT received an update on Kinsey from her new family! We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!! ๐
We are in love with this dog. She’s sweet, smart, playful and affectionate. Here are some pics of her, along with our greyhound.
ADOPT recently received an update on JJ from his forever family! JJ was adopted from us in 2011, and it’s so wonderful to see how well he’s still doing! We hope you enjoy this update as much as we did. ๐
JJ has grown up as a big strong handsome doggie big brother and little brother to the humans in his life. He is happy, strong and he has and now knows what it means to be loved and wanted. He is also spoiled rotten by his human and little 2 year old Sheppard sister.
ADOPT received an update on Heidi from her new forever family! We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!! ๐
Just want to let you know Heidi is doing well. She is getting along great with our dog Frankie and the kids. She is a sweetie.
Thank you!
ADOPT recently received an update on AJ from his forever family! We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!! ๐
Just wanted to follow up and let you know that AJ is doing so well in his new home! Heโs been enjoying going to work with me every day, where the vet students like to take him out for walks/play time when things get slow. Heโs enjoying going for walks/jogs in our neighborhood, and he LOVES playing with my neighborโs dog in the shared backyard. Overall, Iโm so happy to have him in my life and I just wanted to thank you and his handler for everything youโve done for us!
Iโve included some pictures of the pup getting settled in, hope you enjoy!
Thanks again!
