We brought Joey home at the end of May. She immediately fit right in with the family. She and our other dog Hannah became sisters in no time. Joey is a goofball, and happy all the time. She loves every person and dog that she meets, and she’s always ready to play. Joey is a sweetheart, and we couldn’t imagine life without her!
Alice and her brother were rescued May 2004 from an outdoor feral cat community and bottle fed from tiny kittens with love. She is a sleek, black, DSH with gold eyes. She looks quite panther-like. She’s spayed, declawed, and is current on her shots. She is very loving and people-oriented, but she is shy and afraid at first. She wants to be in the rooms where people are and wants lots of lovins and lap time. She’ll purr and rub and kneed, and then settle on your lap purring happily. She’s good about her box, knows to stay off counters and is good in a cage too. She will do best in an adult only home without any other cats or dogs. She still likes to play some, but has outgrown the crazy kitten times.

Jewel was brought into ADOPT very ready to deliver her litter of 6 kittens. She is very gentle, trusting and isn’t easily frightened. She desires to be close to people, and really enjoys getting love from people. Jewel is comfortable around other cats, is good about using her litter box, and is used to a cage. Jewel is also declawed!

Just in time for Halloween, Melvin joined the ADOPT Pet Rescue family! If you’ve peeked at his picture you’ve seen that he is even a festive colored little guy! He is a little fur ball of fun! But cuddling and spending time on your lap is also a favorite pass time. Melvin loves human interaction and will steal your heart (but will never break it!).

Spencer is a frisky fellow who loves to play with his brother and sister and likes to pick on the dogs. He is also loves food and is the first in line for breakfast, lunch and dinner. He does not like to be alone and will do well with dogs and cats. His motor runs after dinner when he is ready to snuggle.

Freddy is our big boy. He is beautiful and frisky. He loves to hid under the bed and try to catch you. He does well with dogs and cats or can be on his own. He does well with kids.
This is Carly she is our princess. She is very much a girl and loves to be held and snuggled. She can still wrestle with boys and is very outgoing. She loves to attack the dogs and is pretty fearless in general. She will do well in a home with kids and/or another animal.

Montego is the biggest girl of the litter and a little fuzzier than her siblings. She is full of energy, but tends to go with the flow.
