This is Sadiki.  She is a very calm, 65 pound, younger dog (between 1 and 2 years old).  She is house trained, knows basic commands, and walks nicely on a leash.  She gets alongs great with other dogs and absolutely loves people.  She likes to be near you and loves to get attention.  She is a true sweetheart who deserves a loving home.

Hi!  I’m Randi and I would love to be a part of your family.  I am a black lab and I was rescued from out in Shelby County.  I am a perfect lady – I know sit, lay, and stay already.  I play well with other dogs too.  The vet thinks I am 2 or 3 years old and I am 68 pounds.  I just love to be pet and I know I would make an excellent addition to any family!  Oh, and I am an excellent car rider too!  Just open the window, let me hang my head out, and I am in heaven!

Hi, I’m Lulu and I’m a terrier mix!  My foster mom thinks I am a totally sweetie.  I LOVE to play with my squeak toys and when it is time to settle down I love to cuddle up with my humans.  I am about 2 years old and I weigh 13 lbs.  I am already house trained, spayed, and am up to date on shots, so I am ready to go!  I get along well with other dogs too!  I need to be in a home with a fenced yard, I’m a bit of an escape artist. Jude

Jude is a sweet girl. She is shy at first but once she warms up to you, she spends most of her time snuggled up next to you with her motor running. She is OK with other cats and dogs but she takes a while to warm up to them. She would do best in a home with either laid-back cats and dogs or by herself.  Jude is a morning cat and loves to hang out with you when you are getting ready for work or school.

Zeus

This is Zeus, and he’s one big personality packed into a tiny package. Weighing in just shy of 20 pounds, he’ll be cuddled up in your lap as soon you hit the chair. He loves attention, giving kisses and breaking hearts. His foster mom has had to keep many of her friends from walking off with him.

Zeus is approximately three years old and we think he got all the best qualities of a brussels griffon and a wire-haired terrier. His pictures don’t do him justice – the only thing he’s scared of in this world is a camera. Zeus does wonderful in the house on his own while his foster mom works but does see trash cans as his personal buffet, so keep ’em lidded. Zeus is great on a leash, knows his basic commands, and responds to whistling. You’ll have to keep an eye on him in an open yard as he’s quite the escape artist. Zeus prides himself as being THE alpha male and will do better in a home with no big dogs.

If you are looking for a little dog to bring a lot of joy to your life, Zeus is your man. Hurry and fill out your application, this little guy’s going to go fast!

Hunter

Hi, my name is Hunter. I am approx 1.5 years old and weigh about 48 pounds. I am your all-American boy. Which breeds I am a mix of is anybody’s guess. The vet thinks that because of my stunning 1 blue eye and 1 brown eye, I must be part Australian Shepherd. Well that would also explain why; I am so smart, run so fast, am so playful, and can jump so high.

Luckily, I was rescued from a shelter and my foster parents are so glad because I am a sweetheart who will make someone very happy. I absolutely love to give kisses. (Even on my first ride home with my foster mom, I reached up front and planted one right on her cheek!) I am doing great with the other dog I am living with now too, he is fun!  I think going on car rides is really, really exciting, and I am a great passenger. I sit and smile the whole time.  I am house trained and working on getting used to my crate.  If you are looking for lots of love and someone to have lots of fun with, I am your guy!

Tia

Tia is a very calm, laid back dog who loves to cuddle and give kisses. She is house trained, good with people and dogs. She would be best in a home without kids and with someone who has love and attention to give her. She is truly a rare find and a sweetheart of a dog.

Summer

My sisters are Chloe and Lilly, and our Mom is an Old English bulldog, but Dad is just a sneaky farm dog.  I sleep in my crate next to my foster Mom’s bed at night. I’m starting to teethe, so I really like pigs ears or rawhides. I like to find hide-away places to nap. I’m a very sweet girl who likes attention. I only bark when you leave me alone in another room away from the family.

**All potential adopters must be willing to drive to our vet in Columbus for vaccinations and spaying which is included in the adoption fee of $150.
