Tank

ADOPT recently received a wonderful update on Tank from his forever family!  We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!! 🙂

Hi guys! Just wanted to share some pictures of Tank! He is doing great and as you can see fits in our family very well as he and the baby are best of friends. He loves running outside and chasing his yellow ball as well as laying on the couch at the end of the night. I was just rewatching a video from when he had parvo and I can assure you he doesn’t sound like a tiny dog anymore. Weighing in at approx. 50 lbs at 7 months he has a bark to match his ever growing size! Anyways just wanted to let you know how he is doing and say hi!

Bobby Cox (formerly Mickey)

ADOPT recently received an update on Bobby Cox (formerly Mickey) from his forever family!  We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!! 🙂

Just wanted to tell you things are going great with the puppy!  Here are a couple pictures of him in his new home, changed his name to Bobby Cox. I don’t know if you trained him or whoever it was, but they did just a fantastic job, he is pretty much potty trained and knows “no”.  Its just been great, couldn’t be happier!  So just wanted to say thanks again!

Valentina

ADOPT recently received an update on Valentina from her new forever family, including a picture and short video. We hope you enjoy them as much as we did!! 🙂

Valentina is doing great.  She is being chipped today.  We have been working on her training.  She has been to two parks already, is learning to heel and lay down.  Very lovable.

She plays ball really well and likes lots of pets.  She loves the fenced  back yard and has done a lot of exploring.  She is an amazing runner!  Too fast for pictures but I might try to video tape her.  We are going to train for a 5k together.

Here is a  picture and a video for you.  I put some treats in the Kong and she loves it.  She likes to herd tennis balls and is already attached to two soft squeaky toys that she carries around.

Rosie (formerly Dee Dee)

ADOPT recently received another picture of Rosie from her family. This beauty came to us shut down, anxious, and afraid. We’re so happy to see how her loving forever home changed all of that!! 🙂

CeCe

ADOPT received an update on CeCe from her forever family!  We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!! 🙂

I’m not sure if this is allowed however if possible can you tell the gentleman who spent time with her that she is doing well in our home and very much loved already. She has a big back yard to play in which she’s been exploring in the snow! She has many toys that my kids picked out for her….mostly stuffed animals. She was very much wanted by my family and will always be well cared for and loved. Thank him for teaching her the adorable tricks….she is very smart.
Once again thank you!

Troy

Troy

Troy is a beautiful Lab mix (possibly with Vizsla) who came to us from a rural kill shelter. We are not sure how he got looked over, because he is beautiful and sweet! Troy is somewhat shy at first but not skittish. He warms up very quickly and loves attention. He will lean into you and let you pet him for as long as you can! He is fine with other dogs, doesn’t seem to be fazed by them one way or another, and has been good with the children that we personally have seen him around. He is still new to our program so we will get to know more about him, but he has shown himself to have a loving disposition and a gentle soul. Please fill out an online application if you would like to meet Troy.

Charlie

Charlie

Charlie is a young Australian mix who is as sweet as he is gorgeous. Typical of the Aussie breed, he is highly intelligent, sensitive, and bonds to people. He is energetic but not hyper. Charlie knows several commands, loves kids, and has done well around other animals as well. He originally showed up on a farm as a stray, the family who found him was unable to keep him, and he was brought to a rural county shelter when the family had to move. He is extremely affectionate, does the Aussie “lean” and is a complete joy. Charlie would do well with any active family or household where he is able to socialize with people. He would not do well in an environment where he is left alone for long periods, again, due to his breed it wouldn’t be fair. If you would like to meet this fabulous boy, please fill out an online application.

Reebok

Reebok

Reebok is perhaps one of the cutest puppies ever! He is a 4 month old Corgi mix who was surrendered after being hit by a car. He had minimal injuries, some scrapes to his face and bruising & swelling to his left front paw. He has been checked out by our veterinarian, nothing was broken, and he is a healthy, lively boy! He loves all people, other dogs, and is learning the ropes of being a well mannered companion. Reebok is neutered and ready for his forever family. If you would like to meet this adorably puppy, please fill out an online application.
