Tessie is a one and a half year old Lhasa Apso mix…we’re not sure with what, but it must’ve been cute! She’s a lovely little dog and gets along with everyone. Tessie has a sweet disposition and has been learning basic commands in our canine/inmate program. She came to us from a rural kill shelter and would love to find her forever family.
