Skipper is Beagle mix (mixed with what we’re not sure!)…a true variety of breeds! He weighs 20 lbs and won’t get any bigger. He is bouncy, sweet and has a happy disposition. Skipper likes everyone that he meets and does well with other dogs. He came from a kill shelter and is now part of our canine/inmate program where he is learning his basic commands.
