Howie

It doesn’t get much cuter than a Beagle/Bassett mix! Howie is a big goofball! He likes people, he likes other dogs, he likes, well loves, food! Howie just likes being Howie! He is part of our canine/inmate program and will be learning his basic commands. He’s a happy-go-lucky boy and will make a loving companion for any family.
