Hope is a purebred black Labrador Retriever. We guess her to be between 1-2 years old. She is currently 83 lbs but should ideally be closer to 70-75. Hope has had a rough start…she was dumped from a vehicle while pregnant and taken to a rural Ohio kill shelter. She was rescued from being euthanized by a couple who gave her the chance to deliver and wean her pups (Luke and Bosco, also with ADOPT.) Hope has the sweetest disposition…she is wonderful with kids, and good with other dogs and cats. She is fearful of getting in the car (but is fine once inside) and doesn’t seem to know what to do with stairs. She is housebroken and not destructive in the home.
