Recommended Environment: Piper has fear anxiety toward other dogs and storms. Her family will need to walk her in areas where there aren’t other dogs. Lots of cuddling will get her through scary storms. Piper will thrive in a home where there is space for her to lie in the sun by a window and a cozy place for her to take her naps. She LOVES going on car rides and has a special seat that keeps her secure and allows her to look out the window.

Additional Information: Piper was adopted from us 6 1/2 years ago. She has been in a loving home. Due to some unfortunate circumstances out of her control, she was returned to us. She is a special girl; she jumps for joy at play time, dinner time, or at the sight of her favorite humans. You’ll fall in love with her relaxed personality and melt as she cuddles next to you on the couch. She is a smart girl and very obedient. Her previous owner took her to obedience classes. She is on medication for a luxating patella (which is not unusual for her breed) which takes care of any discomfort.
