Noel
Noel got a special gift this season…she was saved hours before euthanasia due to overcrowding in the shelter. Noel isn’t fancy looking…she’s “just a brown dog.” But she has a sparkle about her and has the nicest disposition. She’s playful, affectionate and smart. She arrived skinny and in poor shape but she will gain the needed weight now that she has proper nutrition and a warm place to sleep.
