Cooper can be described as 38 pounds of furry love. He’s a Red Heeler mix who is approximately 2 years old. Cooper has many of the wonderful Heeler traits: intelligence, drive, and loyalty. He is extremely affectionate and loves everyone that he meets (and he will let you know!!!) He comes from a kill shelter in rural Ohio where he quickly became a staff favorite.
