Blue Henry is 96 lbs of pure cuddling love!  He is believed to be a Lab/Great Dane mix and about 2 years old.  Blue came to us from a shelter in Athens Co.  He is crate trained and house trained already!!  Blue also knows sit and is eager to please!  He may look a little large, but Blue has one big marshmallow heart and is just looking for someone to cuddle up with him.  He is a big fan of squeak toys and gets along great with dogs of all sizes.  Blue is almost too good to be true.  Please fill out an application and consider giving Blue his forever home.

Jingles is just the cutest bright-eyed lap dog!  She came to us from a shelter West of here and wamed up to us immediately.  She is 16 lbs and about 3 years old with quite a bit of spunk! She would be perfectly happy being a lap dog for a family who will dote on her!  She is a housebroken wire-haired terrier mix and gets along well with other dogs and LOVES people!  Please fill out an application ASAP if you are interested in Jingles!

Kodiac came to us with his sister, Mya, from the Athens County Dog Shelter.  As of 11/12/08 Kodiak is just a tiny 4 lb. ball of fluff!  He is yellow with light brown ears and a light brown patch over one eye.  He is 8 weeks old.  Kodiak came into the shelter in Athens with his mother who is a beautiful black lab mix.  She is very tall and has a beautiful shiny coat!

We brought Joey home at the end of May. She immediately fit right in with the family. She and our other dog Hannah became sisters in no time. Joey is a goofball, and happy all the time. She loves every person and dog that she meets, and she’s always ready to play. Joey is a sweetheart, and we couldn’t imagine life without her!

Alice and her brother were rescued May 2004 from an outdoor feral cat community and bottle fed from tiny kittens with love.  She is a sleek, black, DSH with gold eyes.  She looks quite panther-like.  She’s spayed, declawed, and is current on her shots.  She is very loving and people-oriented, but she is shy and afraid at first. She wants to be in the rooms where people are and wants lots of lovins and lap time.  She’ll purr and rub and kneed, and then settle on your lap purring happily. She’s good about her box, knows to stay off counters and is good in a cage too. She will do best in an adult only home without any other cats or dogs.  She still likes to play some, but has outgrown the crazy kitten times.
