Otto is kinda like a stretch limousine…he’s long, shiny, fun to look at and can run forever! He’s a Dachshund/Miniature Pinscher mix who arrived in rescue after his owner passed away. He’s a funny, loving little guy. He’s a loyal boy who attaches to his person or people and just loves to be with them.
