Ginny

Ginny is a beautiful Yellow Lab mix that is a perfect size! She’s 40 lbs of sweetness and bounce! Ginny came to us from a kill shelter in rural Ohio. We learned once she arrived that she was heartworm positive. The good news is that we caught it early and she is successfully going through treatment. This just means that until she’s completed the medication, she simply has to remain relatively calm. She can go for leash walks and do the things dogs love to do, she just can’t go full speed…yet! She is young, otherwise healthy, and no lasting effects are expected. Ginny is a very affectionate and good natured dog, she will be a wonderful companion!
